About Us:
Mark Machado - Marin, San Francisco and the North Bay
Mark was born and raised in San Francisco. He attended St. Ignatius College Prep and San Francisco State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing. Mark worked for fifteen years in the wine and food industry where he had many different jobs, from Sales Merchandiser to Regional Sales Manager. For the past 26 years, Mark has lived in Marin County. Mark resides in San Rafael with his wife, Linda and his two sons, Charlie and Daniel.
Mark began his real estate career in 2004. For the past three years, Mark has held the President’s Bronze Award of Distinction, the President’s Silver Award of Distinction and the President’s Gold Award of Distinction. Mark has sold property all over Marin County as well as in San Francisco, Sonoma and Lake Tahoe. No deal is too small for Mark. He has sold properties for as little as $175,000 to a high of $4.4 million. Mark covers it all.
Machado’s objective is to be “Your Eyes in Real Estate.” For buyers and sellers, this means that he will go to every length to help them reach their real estate goals. Whether a first time buyer or seasoned real estate developer, Mark will employ every great traditional method with a variety of creative and innovative techniques to help buyers and sellers.
Communication is a key component of the real estate transaction and Machado makes sure to always communicate with his clients. Through e-mail and phone, Mark will keep one abreast of all situations concerning the transaction. Machado also belongs to several networking groups and has access to a handyman, contractor, mortgage broker, housecleaner, plumber, painter, flooring company, trust attorney, real estate attorney, landscaper, gardener, etc.
